I was fortunate to participate in the great master-class with oysters by brand chef of the chain of fish restaurants "Филимонова и Янкель" - Andrey Serdin. We had learnt a lot of information about oysters, competed in it's opening and had degustated the best species, which were selected specialy for this Fish houses's Festival, accompanied with wonderful French wine Shabli. Also one of the main dishes was tasteful tartar from Speciale de Claire Perl Blanche oysters with ginger, chili, green onion and different souses. It was very tasty!
